Get Access Runtime - Free from Microsoft -
If your database has been built in MS Access, you can use the Free Runtime version
offered by Microsoft if you do not have a full license. This version can also be used for multi users (requires particular setup - ask us).
This allows you to fully use your database, but is restricted so no design changes are possible.

By downloading a small file you can request us to securely connect to your PC for support reasons.
If this is your first time, please read the steps below before continuing.
Steps:
1. ViewSupport Diary to request a Support Time Slot
2. ClickGet Remote Viewer link and save the download file to your desktop.
3. Activate the TeamViewer.exe downloaded file (usually on your Desktop)
4. Tell us the Secure ID and password created. (Usually via a Skype call)
5. Sit back, relax and watch us do our magic!
